Rules:
- I may not sexually touch myself or you without your explicit permission. This includes touching my penis, nipples, or anus. I may not come.
- I must ask permission before initiating any behavior or conversation related to kink or sexuality.
- I may not ask questions about what you intend to do or what you are thinking about doing in terms of kink. I may not suggest, recommend, or state that it might be necessary to do things a certain way unless specifically asked for my thoughts.
- I must always give you full access to my body, without hesitation or protest.
- I may not engage in any sexual or kinky behavior, play any computer games, spend time on the laptop (unless for educational purposes, or things that need to be done) watch movies or TV shows, or read books for entertainment while I have outstanding demerits (the scrub pad excepted). The only exception is if I am doing those things with you because you wish it.
- I must award myself demerits for violating rules, for displeasing you, or for not being properly submissive.
- I may not look at you while you are naked or dressed in only underwear or lingerie.
- I may not push your limits or test you. I will immediately and fully comply with any instructions you give me, obeying the spirit and the word of your orders.
- I will always act properly submissive and respectful towards you. I may not argue with you.
- I will not research, browse, read, or window-shop anything in any media regarding kink or sexuality without your instruction.
- I may only use the safeword if I believe something is wrong. If I use it merely to escape punishment, torment, or torture, I may be subject to the harshest of punishments.
- I personally neither own nor possess anything; everything I possess, buy, or am given is yours to do with as you will.
- I will not watch 'R' rated movies.
- I will not imbibe sweets, sodas, and other such sugary products. I will not eat junk food, fast food, or fried food.
Rituals:
- I will not sit before you are seated (including in the car). I will not serve myself or begin eating until you are served and you have begun eating.
- I will not sleep in your bed. I will not get on or in your bed without your explicit instruction to do so.
- I will knock before entering your bathroom if you are in it. I will not use your bathroom except to shower unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- I will knock before entering your bedroom, unless others are around. If others are around, I will enter, assume the position of attention, and request permission to enter your room.
- I will eat leftovers (unheated) before eating anything freshly made. If we eat at a restaurant, you will choose what I will eat. If we order pizza or bring home food from a restaurant, I will eat leftovers or something I prepare for myself.
- If you gag me, I may not attempt to vocalize words; noises and sounds are fine. If you muzzle me, I am to be fully Silent, making neither words nor sounds.
- Once you instruct me to go to bed or you go to sleep, I am not to leave my place at the foot of your bed until the morning.
- I will thank you for punishing me each time you do.
