Commands

Commands:
Silence:  no speaking, no noise, no other forms of communication (texting, chatting, etc.) until she releases me.
Still:  I must remain precisely in the position I am currently in until she releases me; how tolerant she wishes to be of little twitches, spasms, scratching myself, lifting my head, etc., is entirely up to her.
Down:   Strip naked (unless she has ordered me to wear some item of restraint/humiliation), kneel with forehead pressed to the floor, forearms flat on the ground with one hand on top of the other in front of me.
Leave it:  I will immediately stop touching, browsing, discussing, etc., whatever I am currently engaged in.  For instance, if I were asking about how she wished me to prepare for a punishment, she might order "Leave it", and I must not speak any more on that subject.
